Problem to upload pdf file

There seems that there is a problem with firefox 3.5.2 . Update to a newer version or try an other browser.

organization of a mini-symposium :

A mini-symposium is made of as many slots of 8 papers, as needed. Each slot of eight papers starts with a key-note of 30' long and is followed by seven papers of 20' long, including questions. A possibility of adding a group of four papers is offered to a mini-symposium.

Review process :

The MS organizers will be in charge of the reviewing procedure for all abstracts submitted to their MS. The main MS organizer (MMSO) will be given administration privileges for his/her MS within the ECCM 2010 website, and will be in charge of supervising the review and decision process. The MMSO may, for that purpose, solicit any persons (MS co-organizers, or other individuals) for reviewing the abstracts. The MMSO will then enter decisions made based on the reviews (once entered, the decision cannot be changed), whereby each paper will be either (i) accepted in the MS, or (ii) rejected from the MS. In case (ii), papers will be either reassigned or declined after further evaluation by the ECCM 2010 Scientific Committee.

Scheduling of a mini-symposium :

A mini-symposium (MS) is ideally made of sets of 8 papers (divided into 2 segments of 4 papers). Each eight-paper set consists of one 30-minute keynote presentation followed by seven 20-minute paper presentations (with paper discussion included in the indicated times). Depending on the final number of papers, one additional four-paper segment may be allotted to a MS.

Registration at the Palais des Congrès :

The registration desk will be located in the Palais des Congrès (first level, in the Hall Maillot). It will be open on Sunday, May 16th (3:00pm--7:30pm) and for the whole duration of the Conference.

Banquet date :

Banquet will be held on Thursday May 20th evening. The Major of Paris will receive us in the beautiful city hall. If there are too many participants, some of us will have dinner on the bateaux-mouches of Paris and could enjoy the sightseeing of Paris by night from the Seine.

Welcome reception :

The welcome reception will take place on Sunday, May 16th evening 19h30 at the same location as registration (Hall Maillot of Palais des Congrès). The cocktail-dinner will start at 8pm.
