Opportunities for Sponsorship & Exhibitors

1. Exhibit Booth: Sponsorship fee : € 2,500 . This fee will give you the right to use a booth up to 3x3m in the Exhibitors Area. The costs of the booth, furniture and electricity are included in the fee.
   
   
   
2. Additional Congress Banquet Tickets: Sponsorship fee : € 100. This will give individual access to the Congress Banquet. The Congress Banquet is the last official event of the Congress.
   
   
   
3. Attendee Portfolio Bag: Sponsorship fee: € 1,000. The sponsor will provide at his own cost the bag which will be distributed to all attendees with the sponsor logo and the conference title printed on the bag. The choice of the bag and the layout of the printing have to be agreed with the Congress secretariat. The printed bag must be received by the conference secretariat within the schedule that will be communicated. Requests of sponsorship will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
   
   
   
4. Attendee Portfolio Bag Stuffing: Sponsorship fee : € 1,500. Your company is offered the opportunity to have a flyer or small brochure inserted in each attendee portfolio bag. Your flyer or small brochure will be distributed to all Conference attendees. Alternatively, small mementos, like e.g. a pen or a pen drive or other small gadgets with your logo can be inserted in the portfolio bag. The cost of the memento is not included in the sponsorship fee. The material to be included in the bag, must be received by the conference secretariat within the schedule that will be communicated.
   
   
   
5. Congress Programme Advertising: Sponsorship fee : € 5,000 . Your company's color advertisement will appear on the back cover of the final Conference Programme booklet, containing the time schedule of all the conference events. This programme will be distributed to all attendees. Requests of sponsorship will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
   
   
   
6. Welcome Reception Sponsorship: Sponsorship fee : € 5,000 . The Conference Welcome Reception will be held in the "Palais des Congres, hall maillot" and is expected to be one of the most popular and most attended events held during the Conference. No sessions are held during this time, to allow both attendees and exhibitors ample time to participate and interact with exhibitors, sponsors and colleagues. In addition, your company's sponsorship will be recognized with signs throughout the convention centre and exhibition foyer, as well as in the final conference programme and on the web site. Requests of sponsorship will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
   
   
   
7. Refreshment Break Sponsorship : Sponsorship fee : € 1,500. Sponsor one of the refreshments that are offered twice a day at coffee-break time. The refreshment breaks take place at several locations of the conference venue and will be open to all attendees and exhibitors. In addition, your company will be recognized with signs throughout the convention centre and exhibition foyer, as well as in the final conference programme booklet and on the conference web site. Requests of sponsorship will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
   
   
   
8. Congress Banquet Sponsorship : Sponsorship fee : € 5,000 . The Congress Banquet is the last official event of the Congress and represents a unique opportunity to leave a lasting impression to all attendees. Your company's name and logo will appear on signage throughout the banquet reception and during the banquet. Your company will be recognized with signs throughout the convention centre and exhibition foyer, as well as in the final conference programme booklet, awards programme, and on the conference web site. Requests of sponsorship will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
   
   
   
9. Mini-Symposium Sponsorship : Sponsorship fee : € 2,000 . It is a unique occasion for your company to sponsor a specific research area. Signs of your company will be displayed in the room where the mini-symposium takes place for the duration of the minisymposium. . Sponsoring companies will also be offered the possibility to display a poster advertising themselves in the mini-symposium room.
   
   
   

* The participation to the Conference includes free access to the social events (Welcome Reception) and to the refreshments offered during the coffee breaks. Participation with a paper to the Technical Sessions requires the standard submission of an abstract for approval by the Conference Scientific Committee.
